As our FitClan grows, we want to make sure everyone’s on the same page so classes run safely and smoothly. Please be on time (or face the burpee wrath 😅 — and let your coach know via WhatsApp if you’re running late), stay off the work floor until your class starts to keep things safe and flowing, and don’t pack away your gear until the whole crew is done — we start and finish as a team! 🐺💪

To keep things running smoothly and avoid any awkward empty-class situations, auto-cancellation applies to all classes — if there are fewer than 3 people booked, the class will automatically cancel 1 hour before start time – so minimum of 2 people has to be booked into a class. So be sure to book in early to lock it in, keep the energy up, and help us keep the good vibes rolling! 💥🔥

We get it – Juggling life and little ones is a full-time job on its own…
So if you want to bring your baby or toddler along to class, we’ve got you! 💥 We’ll set up a safe little station so you can still crush your sweat sesh while your mini-me hangs out nearby – off the working floor, safe, and in view.
A few things to keep it smooth: check with your coach on the day’s program and equipment needs, because that will determine if it’s a go. Coaches are focused on the members in class, but your little one stays your responsibility. And if it’s too much to juggle that day, no shame — we just ask you to step off the working floor.
