Redefining Strength Through Motherhood

PERSONAL TRAINER, LIFE COACH

The Journey That Changed How I Move

Before falling pregnant, movement, nutrition, and understanding my relationship with food were a big part of my life. I had done the inner work around emotional eating, control, and body trust, knowing pregnancy might challenge me in ways I couldn’t predict. And it did. The first trimester was about survival (tiredness, nausea, bloating), the second about adapting (getting back into exercise), and the third finally felt like a rhythm — before it was cut short by the early arrival of our daughter.

Postpartum brought five weeks in the NICU and months where exercise wasn’t a priority, nor should it have been. It wasn’t until around six months postpartum, after Imé’s successful open heart surgery, that I felt ready to choose myself again. Over the past months, I’ve shown up tired, prioritised nourishment, and slowly reintroduced movement — not to regain control, but to feel strong, grounded, and empowered.

And that’s the dream: to create space for mothers to choose themselves, to feel good in their bodies, and to know that strength doesn’t require perfection — just presence.

A Different Approach To Movement For Mothers

Because motherhood changes everything — including how your body feels, moves, and responds.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training, quick fixes, or pushing through at all costs. I work with mothers who want to feel strong and supported, not overwhelmed or judged.

When you work with me, you can expect:

  • A deep understanding of the postpartum journey, both physically and emotionally

  • Movement that meets you where you are, not where you “should” be

  • A focus on strength, stability, and confidence, not aesthetics or timelines

  • Respect for your energy, recovery, and real life

  • A safe, encouraging environment where you’re seen as a whole person, not just a body

This is about building sustainable strength — the kind that supports motherhood, not competes with it.

You don’t need to do more.
You just need the right support.
