My fitness journey led me toward becoming a motivational fitness coach and founder of WaYa Fitness.
As a serial entrepreneur, who was once a corporate worker, my studies expanded from operations to strategy as well as fitness. And while my corporate career and drive was always my passion, fitness is what got me through the hard, stressful and very challenging times of work, home and family life.
I’ve experienced both challenges and triumphs in my pursuit of a fitter lifestyle and this set me on a journey of self-discovery, and now a journey to enrich and empower the lives of others.
My own health, body and mental struggles ignited my passion to make a difference. I realized that empowerment isn’t just physical; it’s mental resilience nurtured through fitness. This led me to develop a holistic coaching approach, focusing on overall well-being, feeling good and strong – both mentally and physically.

WaYa Fitness embodies my vision of a fitness ideology that goes beyond the norm. My aim is to equip members mentally and physically in order to overcome challenges, push boundaries, and exceed their limits.
